An Injection Molding Machine is the most important molding machine that converts plastic raw material into finished products. The main ability of injection molding machine is to heat the plastic material into a molten state and craft into desired form. The first injection machine was invented back into 1872 represented by John Wesley Hyatt. 
The process starts with filling the machines hopper with plastic pellets, the hopper is the machines unit where plastic pellets are introduced to the intense heat, and then melted into a vicious liquid ready for molding. The molten plastic is then propelled towards a injection unit where plastic is prepared under pressure into mold cavity. Once the mold is filled with molten plastic, the plastic needs to be cooled down and needs to be solidify, it takes meticulously period of time to set correctly ensuring durability and strength of the finished products.
